We do not expect anyone to be present during the cleaning. All we need is access to your home or office. If you would prefer to be present during the cleaning, we welcome that as well. For the safety and security of our clients, we are fully licensed, insured and bonded.

We always strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, simply contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning to arrange a time for us to come back and re-clean areas that did not meet your expectations at no additional charge.
